The olive growers working in this National park are at one with their environment. By collecting the husks of the olives that produce the oil, and recycling them as fertiliser, they return nutrients to the soil that yields, and will thus continue to yield, such a precious crop.

In conjunction with the Agricultural Research and Development department of the Region of Campania, all cultivation and production processes are continually monitored and upgraded to guarantee the quality of the product whilst ensuring that the fragile eco-system is not jeopardised. We are justly proud of the result.
