Figs in Rum

The Figs in rum are firstly cooked in an oven then preserved in a jar, in a hydro-alcoholic rum-flavoured solution, without colourings nor conservatives, which can be eaten all year round and be used for decorating ice-creams, cakes and sweets recuperating an antique tradition.
