The extra virgin oils "Terre Antiche" (organic), "Terre dei Monaci" (D.O.P. certified) and "Terre del Casale" are all made by a cold pressing process which ensures maximum retention of vital anti-oxidants, Polyphenols and Vitamin E.
The famous White Figs from Cilento are preserved in a hydro-alcoholic rum-flavoured solution.
